探究CT与MRI检查诊断脑外伤的临床效果

Investigate the Clinical Effect of CT and MRI in Diagnosis of Brain Trauma

目的探讨CT与MRI在诊断脑外伤中的作用。方法我院于2018年4月~2019年5月130例脑外伤患者参与研究,进行回顾性分析,均得到疾病确诊,先后进行CT检查与MRI检查,观察CT、MRI检查诊断准确率。结果MRI检查对脑挫伤、脑裂伤、蛛网膜下腔出血及硬膜外、下混合血肿的诊断符合率均达到100.00%,且前四种脑外伤的诊断准确率高于CT诊断效果,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑外伤患者采用MRI检查,其诊断效能较CT检查要高,能更好的进行疾病诊断,为患者的治疗提供准确的依据。

Oobjective To explore the role of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of brain trauma.Methods From April 2018 to May 2019,130 cases of patients with brain trauma were studied in our hospital.Retrospective analysis was conducted,and all patients were diagnosed with the disease.CT examination and MRI examination were conducted successively to observe the diagnostic accuracy of CT and MRI examination.Results The coincidence rate of MRI in the diagnosis of brain contusion,brain fracture,subarachnoid hemorrhage and epidural and inferior mixed hematoma reached 100.00%,and the diagnostic accuracy of the four kinds of brain trauma was higher than that of CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI is more effective than CT in the diagnosis of patients with brain trauma,which can better diagnose the disease and provide accurate basis for the treatment of patients.
