摘要
目的探讨磁共振弥散张量成像在脑肿瘤放射治疗中的应用。方法选择2018年10月-12月治疗的脑肿瘤患者26例作为对象,对患者头部进行磁共振弥散张量成像检查,对其进行治疗前诊断、设计治疗思路以及给予合理放射治疗方案。结果经检查后,对患者的病理图像进行分析,可以明显看出患者脑部部分脑白质均匀强化,存在伴有囊性变,纤维束被肿瘤明显破坏后两侧不对称。经检查后,根据FA值的不同,可明显分辨出部分患者的瘤周水肿区呈现低级别,而部分患者呈现高级别(P<0.05)。结论将磁共振弥散张量成像应用于脑肿瘤放射治疗中,能够给予患者合理的放射治疗方案,提高患者治疗效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)in the radiotherapy of brain tumors.Methods Twenty-six patients with brain tumors treated from October to December 2018 were selected as subjects.The patients’heads were examined by diffusion tensor imaging(DTI).The patients were diagnosed before treatment,the treatment ideas were designed and the rational radiotherapy was given.Results After examination,the pathological images of the patients were analyzed.It was obvious that the white matter of the brain was homogeneously enhanced,accompanied by cystic degeneration,and the fibrous bundles were asymmetrically damaged by the tumors.After examination,according to the different FA values,the peritumoral edema area of some patients showed low grade,while some patients showed high grade(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diffusion tensor imaging in brain tumors radiotherapy can give patients a reasonable radiotherapy plan and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
