阴道彩色多普勒超声与腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Vaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound and Abdominal Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨阴道彩色多普勒超声与腹部彩色多普勒超声在诊断异位妊娠中的作用。方法选取我院2017年3月-2019年3月时间段确诊异位妊娠患者62例为研究对象,在为62例异位妊娠患者确诊前,为其提供阴道彩色多普勒超声与腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断,分析62例异位妊娠患者诊断情况。结果62例异位妊娠患者经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断诊出率93.55%高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断诊出率83.87%,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道彩色多普勒超声在诊断异位妊娠中的诊断效果显著,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the role of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 62 cases of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.Before the diagnosis of 62 cases of ectopic pregnancy,we provided the diagnosis of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound,and analyzed the diagnosis of 62 cases of ectopic pregnancy.Results The diagnostic rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in 62 cases of ectopic pregnancy was 93.55%,higher than that of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography(83.87%,P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal color Doppler ultrasound is effective in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,and it is worth applying.
