CT纹理技术及目标基因检测鉴别甲状腺结节良恶性的可行性分析

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺良恶性结节实施CT纹理技术及目标基因鉴别检测的可行性。方法对本院20例甲状腺结节患者(2019年1月到2019年6月间)均实施CT纹理技术及目标基因表达分析,分析诊断结果。结果恶性结节中熵值与良性结节对比更高(P<0.05)。CT纹理分析及目标基因联合诊断对甲状腺结节诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性最高,分别为90.0%、94.4%、92.9%。结论甲状腺良恶性结节实施CT纹理技术及目标基因联合诊断效果更好。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of CT texture technique and target gene differential detection for benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods CT texture technique and target gene expression analysis were performed in 20 patients with thyroid nodules(from January 2019 to June 2019).The diagnosis results were analyzed.Results The entropy of malignant nodules was higher than that of benign nodules(P<0.05).CT texture analysis and target gene combined diagnosis were the most sensitive,specific and accurate for the diagnosis of thyroid nodules,which were 90.0%,94.4%and 92.9%,respectively.Conclusion The CT texture technique and the combined diagnosis of target genes are better in benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
