探讨肝癌采用CT或MRI的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of CT or MRI in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的探讨肝癌采用CT或MRI的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年1月-2018年12月在我院收治的肝癌患者59例作为研究目标,分别进行CT诊断和MRI诊断,以手术病理结果为依据,对比两种诊断方法对病情评估的准确性及病灶查出数量准确性。结果采用MRI检查的诊断结果准确率高于采用CT检查的诊断结果,应用MRI病灶查出数量高于CT,组间数据差异比较明显,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肝癌的患者,应用MRI进行病情诊断,可提高诊断准确率,对病情评估具有较高临床价值,对患者尽早治疗提供重要临床依据,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of CT or MRI in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Fifty-nine patients with hepatocellular carcinoma admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objectives.CT diagnosis and MRI diagnosis were performed respectively.Based on the results of operation and pathology.Results The diagnostic accuracy of MRI is higher than that of CT.The number of lesions detected by MRI was higher than that by CT.There were significant differences in data between groups.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with liver cancer,MR imaging was used to diagnose the disease.It can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
