彩超检测妊娠中晚期子宫动脉血流频谱在妊娠期高血压综合征中的价值分析

The Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Detecting Uterine Artery Blood Flow Spectrum in the Middle and Late Trimester of Pregnancy in Hypertensive Syndrome Complicating Pregnancy

目的分析研究彩超检测妊娠中晚期子宫动脉血流频谱在妊娠期高血压疾病中的实际应用价值。方法选择在2017年12月至2018年6月来我院就诊的84名妊娠中晚期孕妇为研究对象,随机分为甲组和乙组,其中,甲组由正常妊娠的孕妇组成,乙组由妊娠高血压疾病孕妇组成。对所有患者应用彩超检验子宫动脉血流频谱并进行随访。结果与乙组孕妇相比,甲组孕妇在RI、PI、S/D数值对比上相对较低,且甲组孕妇的阳性检查率较低(P<0.05)。结论彩超检测妊娠中晚期子宫动脉血流频谱在妊娠期高血压综合征中具有较高的实用性价值。

Objective To analyze the practical application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the detection of uterine artery blood flow spectrum in pregnancy in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods 84 middle and late pregnant women who came to our hospital from December 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into group A(normal pregnant women)and group B(pregnant women with hypertension in pregnancy).Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to examine the uterine artery blood flow spectrum and follow-up.The positive rate of the two groups of pregnant women was compared,and the related values of RI,PI and S/D were analyzed.Results Compared with pregnant women in group B,the comparison of RI,PI,and S/D values was relatively low in group A,and the positive rate of group A was lower.The difference in experimental data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound detection of uterine artery blood flow spectrum in pregnancy has a high practical value in pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.
