摘要
某石化公司炼油厂由于加工原油为混合原油,性质变化大,造成常减压装置电脱盐污水质量变差,需对其进行处理后才能排入污水处理装置。电脱盐污水经处理后会产生大量的废渣,大部分废渣需要拉运出厂填埋。近几年,每月需填埋的废渣由741.4 t增加到1881.6 t。由于环保要求日益严格,为了减少废渣填埋量,公司利用多梯度耦合炼化油泥减量化处理技术在装置进行了废渣减量化的工业应用试验研究。1 t废渣经过处理后可产生残渣0.0474 t,废油0.604 t,污水0.3486 t。其中废油进入常减压装置进行加工,污水进入污水处理装置处理,残渣拉运出厂填埋,废渣减量达到95.26%,效果明显。
Because the properties of the mixed crude oil in a petrochemical company changes great,the quality of electric desalting wastewater in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit becomes worse.Only after treatment,it can be discharged into the wastewater treatment unit.A large amount of waste residue will be produced after the treatment of electric desalting wastewater,most of which need to be transported out of the factory for landfill.In recent years,the amount of waste residue to be landfilled has increased from 741.4 t to 1,881.6 t.As the environmental protection requirements become more and more strict,in order to reduce the amount of landfill,the multi-gradient coupling refining sludge reduction technology is carried out for the industrial application test in the unit.After treatment,1 t feedstock produces 0.0474 t residue,0.604 t waste oil,and 0.3486 t sewage.The waste oil is processed in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.The sewage is treated in sewage treatment unit.The residue is transported out of the factory for landfill.The waste residue reduction reaches 95.26%,and the effect is obvious.
