摘要
在实验室研究基础上,确定了蒸馏装置在生产沥青期间小流量掺炼FCC油浆方案,总结了多年的实际运行情况。结果显示:掺炼油浆能够实现油浆增值;装置长期掺炼油浆,初期影响不明显,末期减压填料结焦、堵塞严重,减压塔进料段残压上升到6.69 kPa,沥青残留针入度比逐渐卡边,时常出现不合格;装置掺炼油浆,装置燃料气消耗呈现逐年上升趋势;换热器结焦堵塞严重,仪表热电偶存在磨损泄漏风险。
On the basis of laboratory research,the scheme of blending FCC slurry at a small flow rate during the production of asphalt in the distillation unit was determined.The actual operation situation of many years was summarized,the results were as shows.Blending FCC slurry could increase the value of slurry.At the initial stage,the impact on the unit was not obvious.At the end of the period,the vacuum packing was seriously blocked by coking,the residual pressure in the feed section of the vacuum tower rised to 6.69 kPa,the thin film oven test was frequently unqualified.The fuel gas consumption showed an upward trend year by year.The heat exchanger was seriously blocked by coking.The thermocouples were at risk of wear and tear.
