摘要
为了研究油煤共炼物改性沥青性能及应用技术,对针入度、软化点、延度、黏度和动态剪切流变性能进行了测试,分析了不同油煤共炼物改性沥青的稠度、塑性、热稳定性、耐老化性能、高温性能和流变性能,同时对油煤共炼物改性沥青混合料的高温性能进行了研究。结果表明:油煤共炼物掺量为10%~20%时,油煤共炼物改性沥青混合料的抗车辙性能满足规范要求。油煤共炼物改性沥青中油煤共炼物的掺量应为10%~20%。
In order to study the performance and application technology of asphalt modified by oil-coal blends,the penetration,softening point,ductility,viscosity and dynamic shear rheological properties were tested.The consistency,plasticity,thermal stability,aging resistance,high temperature performance and rheological properties of asphalt modified by different oil-coal blends were analyzed.The results show that when the content of oil-coal blends is 10%~20%,the asphalt mixture modified by oil-coal blends has better rutting resistance.The content of the oil-coal blends in the asphalt modified by oil-coal blends should be 10%~20%.
