乙苯装置脱丙烯系统优化改造分析

摘要 某公司乙苯装置脱丙烯系统在实际运行中发现,系统设备存在湿硫化氢腐蚀问题,可以通过材质升级、加强重点部位监测解决。装置在第二个运行周期中出现提量遇瓶颈、吸收剂损失严重等问题,利用第二次大检修机会,对丙烯吸收塔和解吸塔部分塔盘进行改造,更换为多向鼓泡导流浮阀塔盘,同时对系统中容器、换热器进行优化与更换。改造后,脱丙烯干气中丙烯体积分数由0.2%~0.4%降为0.07%,富丙烯干气中乙烯体积分数由14%~17%降为8.11%,改造效果明显,能耗、物耗进一步降低。 In the operation of a company’s propylene removal system of ethylbenzene unit,the equipments were corroded by wet hydrogen sulfide,which could be solved by material upgrade and strengthening the monitoring of key parts.In the second operation cycle,there were some problems such as lifting capacity and the absorbent loss.Some modifications were made in the second overhaul.Some tower trays of propylene absorption tower and desorption tower were replaced with multi-directional bubbling guide valve trays.Meanwhile,the vessels and heat exchangers in the system were optimized and replaced.After modification,the content of propylene in dry gas after propylene removal was reduced from 0.2%~0.4%to 0.07%,and the content of ethylene in dry gas without propylene removal was reduced from 14%~17%to 8.11%.The effect of modification was obvious,and the energy consumption and material consumption were further reduced.
