摘要
针对斜齿轮蜗轮减速机的使用和性能要求,首先,采用主成分分析法(PCA)对斜齿轮蜗轮减速机润滑油的基础油聚α烯烃(PAO10)和多元醇脂(NP451)进行研究分析,最终确定质量分数均为50%的PAO10与NP451复合作为润滑油的基础油;其次,研究极压抗磨剂、抗氧防腐剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、黏度指数改进剂等功能添加剂对基础油配方的影响;最终,通过对全配方斜齿轮蜗轮减速机润滑油的测试和试用表明:该润滑油具有良好的抗磨减磨性、抗氧防腐性、防锈性、高温稳定性、抗乳化性,同时,延长润滑油的换油周期,提高齿轮的使用寿命,符合环境友好润滑油的要求。
For the purpose and performance requirements of helical gear reducer,some researches were made.Firstly,the base oil of helical gear reducer(PAO10 and NP451)were studied and analyzed by principal components analysis(PCA).It was determined that PAO10 and NP451 with a mass fraction of 50%respectively were combined as a base fluid for lube oil.Secondly,the effects of extreme pressure anti-wear agent,anti-oxidation preservative,metal passivator,anti-rust agent,anti-foaming agent,viscosity index improver and other functional additives on the formulation of base oil were studied.Finally,the test and trial of the full formula helical gear reducer lube oil showed that the lube oil had good anti-wear,anti-corrosion,anti-rust,high temperature stability,anti-emulsification,and it could extend the oil change cycle,improve the service life of the gear,meet the requirements of environmentally friendly lube oil.
