丹参川芎嗪与奥扎格雷钠联合用药方案治疗急性脑梗死的临床评价 被引量:6

Clinical evaluation of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的 评价丹参川芎嗪与奥扎格雷钠联合用药方案治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果和安全性,为临床医师选择合理用药方案提供参考。方法 76例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组38例。对照组采用奥扎格雷钠治疗,试验组实施奥扎格雷钠与丹参川芎嗪联合用药方案治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组的临床总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为7.89%,对照组不良反应发生率为5.26%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在急性脑梗死患者治疗中,丹参川芎嗪与奥扎格雷钠联合用药方案较单纯用药临床效果突出,且具有良好的安全性,值得借鉴。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,so as to provide reference for clinicians to choose rational drug therapy.Methods A total of 76 patients with acute cerebral infarction as study subjects were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated by ozagrel sodium,and the experimental group was treated by salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine combined with ozagrel sodium.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate was 94.74% in the experimental group,which was higher than 78.95% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.89% in the experimental group,which was 5.26% in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction,the combination of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine and ozagrel sodium is more effective than the single drug,and has good safety,which is worthy of reference.
