山东省打造对外开放高地的路径与对策

Shandong Province’s Path and Countermeasures to Build the Highland of Opening to the Outside World

为贯彻国家开放战略,促进经济发展,山东省主动对接国家重大战略,深度融入世界经济发展,积极搭建中外合作平台,着力打造对外开放新高地。山东省虽然拥有区位优势、基础优势和机遇优势,但也存在两大挑战,一是产业结构有待进一步优化,二是对外开放合作程度有待提高。为此,从加强基础设施建设、发挥区位和地缘优势、发展战略性新兴产业、加快外贸转型、优化开放格局五个方面,提出山东省打造对外开放新高地的发展路径。

In order to implement the national opening strategy and promote economic development,Shandong province has taken the initiative to align with the national major strategy,deeply integrate into the world economic development,actively build a Sino-foreign cooperation platform,and strive to reach a new height in its opening up. Although Shandong Province has the advantages of location,foundation and opportunity,it also faces two major challenges. One is that the industrial structure needs to be further optimized;the other is that the level of opening up and cooperation needs to be improved. Therefore,from the following five aspects,this study puts forward the developmental path for Shandong Province to build the new highland of opening to the outside world : strengthening infrastructure construction,giving full play to the regional and geographical advantages,developing strategically new industries,accelerating the transformation of foreign trade and optimizing the pattern of opening up.
