摘要
报道了一种以双官能度的醇氧负离子为活性中心,三乙基硼(TEB)为单体活化剂所构成的非金属催化体系,可有效催化CO2与环氧乙烷(EO)的阴离子开环聚合反应,用于合成聚碳酸亚乙酯/聚氧化乙烯共聚物。同时,通过直接控制催化体系内三乙基硼的加入量可有效调控环氧乙烷单体的活性,实现绿色合成碳酸酯含量可调控(10%~99%)的双羟基封端的聚碳酸亚乙酯/聚氧化乙烯共聚物的目的。以碳酸酯含量为56%的共聚物为例,研究其水解性能发现,聚合物相对分子质量从39000降解为4000和500的聚醚链段,相对分子质量分布也从窄分布变为更宽的分布,证明其具有良好的降解性能。
A non-metal catalytic system consisting of dual functional alcohol oxygen anions as active centers and triethylboron(TEB)as monomer activator was reported in the article.It can effectively catalyze the anionic ring-opening polymerization of CO2 and ethylene oxide(EO)to synthesize polyethylene carbonate/polyethylene oxide(PEC/PEO)copolymers.Meanwhile,the aim of green synthesis of PEC/PEO with dual hydroxyl end groups and tunable carbonate contents(10%~99%)can be achieved in the way of the effective regulation of EO activity by directly controlling the amounts of TEB in the system.The hydrolysis properties of the copolymers were also preliminarily studied,confirming that the copolymers could be completely hydrolyzed into polyether segments with different chain lengths.
