轴承钢GCr15动态轻压下参数的优化研究

摘要 选择典型轴承钢种GCr15进行轻压下试验,分别研究拉速依次为0.55、0.62、0.65 m/min下的轻压下状态及效果,为了验证应用轻压下的效果是否显著,安排了一组没有应用轻压下的方案进行对比验证。结果表明,在总压下量为16~18 mm,固相率在0.31~1之间,压下位置在3~8号拉矫辊时,轻压下效果最佳。 In this paper,typical bearing steel GCr15 is selected for soft reduction tests.The casting speed is of 0.55 m/min,0.62 m/min and 0.65 m/min.In order to verify the effects of application of soft reduction,a set of normal process which doesn’t apply soft reduction program was arranged to compare.The results show that when the total reduction amount is of 16-18 mm,the solid fraction is in 0.31-1 and reduction position located from 3#roller to 8#,the effect of soft reduction is best.
