摘要
主要通过将真皮的加脂工艺应用到酸解后的超纤革基布中,取代超纤革的上柔工艺,选择使用皮革加脂剂,利用酸解基布获得的官能团,二者相互结合作用,增加基布的肉感,提高产品的密实度以及基布的卫生性能。本文主要探讨加脂剂的种类、加脂时间等工艺参数的变化,对加脂后产品的性能、克重以及柔软度的影响,分析产品的透湿透气等卫生性能的变化。研究表明,经过加脂实验,超纤革手感软度均有提高,卫生性能也得到提升。
In this paper,the fatliquoring technology of leather is applied to the acid-hydrolyzed microfiber leather substitutes for the softening technology of microfibre leather.The fatliquoring agent of leather is selected and the functional groups obtained from the acid-hydrolyzed base cloth are used.The combination of the two can increase the flesh sensation of the base cloth,improve the compactness of the product and the hygienic properties of the base cloth.This chapter mainly discusses the variety of fatliquoring agent,the change of fatliquoring time and other technological parameters,the effect on the properties,weight and softness of fatliquoring products,and the change of hygienic properties such as moisture permeability and air permeability.The results showed that the hand softness and hygienic properties of super-fibre leather were improved by fatliquoring experiments.
