医用真空清洗机对眼科超声乳化手柄清洗质量效果研究 被引量:6

Study on the Effect of Medical Vacuum Cleaning Machine on the Cleaning Quality of Ophthalmic Ultrasonic Emulsification Handle

摘要 目的探讨医用真空清洗机对眼科超声乳化手柄清洗效果。方法采用YOMA-150医用真空清洗机(减压沸腾)与手工清洗对手术室预处理后的眼科超声乳化手柄进行清洗质量的比较,使用ATP生物荧光法作为判断标准。结果两种清洗方法清洗的超声乳化手柄ATP测试均在正常值,均可适用于手柄的清洗。但两者差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论真空清洗机效果优于手工清洗;清洗时间短,提高了工作效率;手工操作步骤少,降低了职业暴露的风险,减少了器械的损耗;保障了眼科器械的周转和使用。 Objective To explore the effect of medical vacuum cleaner on the cleaning quality of ultrasonic emulsification handles.Methods The cleaning quality of ultrasonic emulsification handles which have been handled in the operating room was compared between YOMA-150 medical vacuum cleaner(decompression boiling)and manual cleaning method.ATP bioluminescence assay was used to judge the effect.Results The ATP test results of the two methods were both at normal values,and they both could be applied to handle the ultrasonic emulsification handles.But there was significant difference between two cleaning methods(P<0.001).Conclusion The cleaning quality of medical vacuum cleaner is better than that of manual cleaning method.It requires a shorter time with improved work efficiency.It has fewer manual steps,which reduces the risk of occupational exposure and the loss of equipment.Medical vacuum cleaner can ensure the turnover and use of the equipment.
