腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术联合新辅助化疗治疗进展期胃癌临床研究

Clinical Study on Laparoscopic Assisted Radical Gastrectomy Combined with Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的研究腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术联合新辅助化疗治疗进展期胃癌临床研究。方法选取2018年至2019年的12个月期间内我院收治的进展期胃癌患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术来进行治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术联合新辅助化疗进行治疗。两组患者的临床疗效和后续生活质量进行对比。结果腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术联合新辅助化疗治疗方法处理能够较为显著的改善生活质量等指标(P<0.05)。结论在对进展期胃癌患者进行治疗过程中采用腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术联合新辅助化疗治疗方法之后具有较为显著的临床疗效,适用于临床进一步推广。

Objective To study the clinical study of laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital during the 12-month period from 2018 to 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy and follow-up quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy can significantly improve the quality of life and other indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer has significant clinical efficacy,which is suitable for further clinical promotion.
