经直肠超声造影联合实时弹性成像在前列腺癌引导穿刺活检中的应用及其临床意义分析

Application of Transrectal Ultrasound Combined with Real-Time Elastic Imaging in the Guide and Biopsy of Prostate Cancer and its Clinical Significance

目的探讨经直肠超声造影联合实时弹性成像在前列腺癌引导穿刺活检中的应用及其临床意义分析。方法选取2014年1月至2019年6月经病理诊断确诊为前列腺癌患者132例作为研究对象,对患者的经直肠超声造影影像及经直肠超声实时弹性成像影像进行分析,计算在前列腺癌患者超声引导穿刺活检中,两种检查方法单一诊断率及联合诊断率。结果经直肠超声实时弹性成像诊断的准确性为81.0%,经直肠超声造影诊断的准确性为82.4%,经直肠超声造影联合实时弹性成像诊断的准确性为88.7%。联合检查诊断的诊断准确性高于单一任何一种检查的诊断性(P<0.05)。结论在前列腺癌超声引导穿刺活检中,经直肠超声造影检查与经直肠超声实时弹性成像检查均具有较高的应用价值,两种检查方法联合使用比单一应用任何一种更能提高前列腺癌的定性诊断,可为临床提供更为准确的诊断信息。

Objective To study the application and clinical significance of transrectal ultrasound combined with real-time elastic imaging in the guide and biopsy of prostate cancer.Methods From January 2014 to June 2019,132 patients with prostate cancer confirmed by pathological diagnosis were selected as the study object.The images of transrectal contrast-enhanced ultrasound and real-time elastic image of transrectal ultrasound were analyzed,and the single diagnosis rate and the combined diagnosis rate of the two methods in ultrasound-guided biopsy of prostate cancer patients were calculated.Results The accuracy of the diagnosis and diagnosis of transrectal ultrasound was 81.0%,the accuracy of transrectal contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was 82.4%,and the accuracy of transrectal ultrasound combined with real-time elastography was 88.7%.Diagnostic accuracy of combined examination was higher than that of any single test(P<0.05).Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound and transrectal ultrasound real-time elastic imaging are of high value in prostate cancer ultrasound guided biopsy.The combination of the two examination methods can improve the qualitative diagnosis of prostate cancer more than any single application,and can provide more accurate diagnosis information for the clinical.
