探讨二八定律在医院放射科设备管理中的应用

Application of the Two-Eight Law in the Management of Radiology Equipment in Hospital

为减少医护人员的工作量、有效提高放射科医疗设备的管理效率,本文针对本院放射科设备管理工作进行分析,并将二八定律管理思想融入其中。发现利用二八定律对医院放射科设备进行管理,不仅能够提高管理效率和工作水平,还能够降低医院的运行成本,能够促进医院在激烈的市场竞争中稳定发展。

To reduce the workload of medical staff and effectively improve the management efficiency of medical equipment in radiology department,we analyzed the management work of medical equipment in radiology department in our hospital,and integrated the theory of“two eight laws”into it.The results show that the use of“two eight laws”to manage the radiology equipment can not only improve the management ef ficiency and work level,but also reduce the operating cost of the hospital,and promote the stable development of the hospital in the fierce market competition.
