医院物流管理系统在医用耗材管理中的应用分析

The Application and Analysis of the Hospital Logistics Management System in the Management of Medical Consumables

目前,我国的许多医院存在着耗材品类混乱不清、耗材购买环节存在问题、耗材收支与科室收支存在差值、医药代表的问题,降低了医院耗材管理的质量水平。本文以东软望海的HRP软件作为医院物流管理系统的例子进行分析,通过使用此软件,可以实现规范化的耗材品类管理、耗材购买的性价比提升、耗材收支与科室收支一致、杜绝医药代表问题。

At present,many hospitals in our country have some problems,such as such as the confusion of consumables,unclear purchase links of consumables,the problems of the difference between the expenditure of consumables and the expenditure of departments and the representation of medicine,which reduce the quality level of consumables management.As an example of hospital logistics management system,the HRP software of Neusoft Wanghai was analyzed in this paper.By using HRP software,consumables category management is standardized,cost performance of consumables purchase is improved,consumables revenue and expenditure are consistent with department revenue and expenditure,and medical representative problems are eliminated.
