自动加样仪及酶标仪快速、简便检测脂肪血分析

Analysis of Fast and Simple Detection of Fatty Blood by Automatic Sampler and Microplate Reader

目的对自动加样仪及酶标仪快速、简便检测脂肪血的情况进行分析。方法使用自动加样仪以及酶标仪对脂肪血进行快速、简便的检测,分析各类脂血浆的最大透光率以及变异系数。结果非脂血浆的最大透光率范围为(78.5±6.3),轻脂血浆的最大透光率范围为(61.3±9.7),重脂血浆的最大透光率范围为(38.8±10.3),三者的变异系数分别为2.11%、1.97%以及2.61%,不存在显著性差异。结论使用自动加样仪及酶标仪对脂肪血的情况进行快速、简便的检测工作,检测结果较为稳定,并且具有良好的重复性。

Objective To analyze the rapid and simple detection of fatty blood by automatic sampler and microplate reader.Methods The automatic blood sampler and the microplate reader were used to quickly and easily detect the fat blood,and the maximum light transmittance and coefficient of variation of various lipid plasmas were analyzed.Results The maximum transmittance of non lipid plasma was(78.5±6.3),that of light lipid plasma was(61.3±9.7),and that of heavy lipid plasma was(38.8±10.3).The coefficients of variation of non fat,light fat and heavy fat were 2.11%,1.97%and 2.61%respectively,there was no significant difference among them.Conclusion The automatic sample adding instrument and enzyme labeling instrument can detect the situation of fatty blood quickly and simply.The test results are stable and have good repeatability.
