扩大翼点入路在经CT诊断为额颞部颅脑损伤患者手术中的应用

Application of Extended Pterygoid Approach in Patients with Frontotemporal Craniocerebral Injury Diagnosed by CT

目的探讨扩大翼点入路在经CT诊断为额颞部颅脑损伤患者手术中的应用效果。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年1月期间收治的额颞部颅脑损伤手术患者90例参与研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,对照组接受传统额颞入路手术,观察组接受扩大翼点入路开颅手术,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者预后显著优于对照组,术后发生重度脑水肿、硬膜下积液等并发症的概率低于对照组,经检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扩大翼点入路手术治疗额颞部颅脑损伤能够取得良好的临床疗效,提升患者获得良好预后的概率,降低并发症的发生概率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of expanding the approach in the operation of injury.Methods A total of 90 patients with frontal and cranial brain injury who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received traditional during the operation,the observation group received an expanded approach for craniotomy,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The prognosis of the observation group was group.The incidence of complications such as severe cerebral edema and subdural effusion was lower than that of the control group.,the difference was statistically signi ficant(P<0.05).Conclusion Expanding the approach for the treatment of injury can achieve good clinical efficacy,improve the probability of patients getting a good prognosis,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worth promoting.
