西门子64层螺旋CT的常见故障原因及保养

Common Failure Causes and Maintenance of Siemens 64-Layer Spiral CT

目的针对西门子64层螺旋CT,对常见的故障原因以及具体的保养措施进行探讨。方法回顾性分析我院西门子64层螺旋CT的故障资料,资料总数为34例,收集时间在2018年7月至2019年8月,总结西门子64层螺旋CT的常见故障原因,在其基础上提出针对性的保养措施。结果最终检验数据中显示,西门子64层螺旋CT的常见故障主要分布在操作不当、硬件损坏、环境因素等方面,所占的比例分别为38.23%、32.35%、29.42%。结论引起西门子64层螺旋CT常见故障的原因有很多,为了保障设备的正常运行,给临床疾病诊断提供科学的依据,需要选取科学的西门子64层螺旋CT的维修与保养措施。

Objective To investigate the common causes of failure and speci fic maintenance measures for Siemens 64-slice spiral CT.Methods The fault data of Siemens 64-slice spiral CT were analyzed retrospectively.The total number of data was 34.The collection time was from July 20 to August 2019.The common causes of Siemens 64-slice spiral CT were summarized.Targeted maintenance measures.Results The final test data showed that the common faults of Siemens 64-slice spiral CT were mainly distributed in the aspects of improper operation,hardware damage and environmental factors,accounting for 38.23%,32.35%and 29.42%,respectively.Conclusion There are many reasons for the common failure of Siemens 64-slice spiral CT.In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment,it provides a scientific basis for the diagnosis of clinical diseases.It is necessary to select the scientific maintenance and maintenance measures of Siemens 64-slice spiral CT.
