螺旋CT血管造影应用于糖尿病患者下肢病变评价中的价值评价

Evaluation of Spiral CT Angiography in the Evaluation of Lower Extremity Lesions in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的本文分析此造影子在患者的评价中具体的应用价值。方法此次研究目标全部为我院接受检查的糖尿病患者,经过检查后0级到II及的患者将其作为轻度组,而III级到IV的则将其作为重度组。结果通过对两组患者的股动脉和胫前动脉以及胭动脉还有髂总动脉进行对比后,产生十分明显的差异,两组的对比显著(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者的下肢病变,应用螺旋CT血管造影可以得到十分准确的评价能力。

Objective This article analyzed the specific application value of this contrast in patient evaluation.Methods The subjects of this study were all diabetic patients examined in our hospital.After examination,patients from grade 0 to II and II were treated as mild group,while those from grade III to IV were treated as severe group.Results After comparing the femoral and anterior tibial arteries,the rostral artery,and the common iliac artery in the two groups of patients,a significant difference was produced.The comparison between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Spiral CT angiography can be used to evaluate the lower extremity lesions of diabetic patients.
