超声监测观察柴玄消癖汤治疗乳腺增生症疗效价值研究

Study on the Therapeutic Value of Chaixuan Xiaopi Decoction in the Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland by Ultrasound Monitoring

目的评价超声监测观察柴玄消癖汤治疗乳腺增生症疗效的价值。方法纳入我院2018年6月至2019年5月收治的102例乳腺增生症患者,采用抛硬币法随机分为常规组、超声组,常规组按常规方法用药,超声组在超声监测观察下用药,共治疗两个疗程,比较两组治疗前、后的疼痛程度(VAS评分)和整体疗效。结果超声组治疗前的VAS评分与常规组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后较常规组低(P<0.05),治疗总有效率较常规组高(P<0.05)。结论超声监测观察柴玄消癖汤治疗乳腺增生症疗效,可更好地了解患者病情变化,为患者疾病治疗方案的调整提供参考依据。

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound monitoring and observation of chaixuanxiaopi Decoction in treating hyperplasia of breast.Methods A total of 102 cases of breast hyperplasia patients admitted from June 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into conventional group and ultrasound group by coin toss method,and the conventional group was administered with conventional methods.The medication was used for two courses of treatment,and the pain degree(VAS score)and the overall effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The VAS score before treatment in the ultrasound group was not significantly different from that in the conventional group(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound monitoring and observation of Chaixuanxiaopi Decoction in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands can better understand the changes of the patient’s condition and provide a reference for the adjustment of the patient’s disease treatment plan.
