摘要
目的冠心病患者应用冠脉造影和冠脉CTA这两种方式对患者诊断价值对比。方法此次研究目标为我院收治的疑似冠心病的患者,按照不同的检查方式将88例患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组应用常规冠脉造影检查,观察组应用冠脉CTA检查。结果通过冠脉造影和冠脉CTA检查出的冠心病患者人数不同,其中通过冠脉CTA检查后有1例患者被漏诊,通过对比两组患者检查的结果,发现结果高度符合。结论对两种技术进行对比后,其安全性冠脉CTA技术更高一些,此方式对患者产生的风险和创伤比较小。
Objective To compare the value of coronary angiography and coronary CTA in the diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The target of this study was patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital.88 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different examination methods.The control group was treated with conventional coronary angiography and the observation group was treated with coronary CTA.Results The number of patients with coronary heart disease was different by coronary angiography and coronary CTA.One patient was missed after coronary CTA examination.The results were compared with the results of the two groups.Conclusion After comparing the two techniques,the safety coronary CTA technique is higher,which has less risk and trauma to the patient.
