超声辅助萃取金樱子治疗动脉粥样硬化症

Ultrasound-Assisted Extraction of Cherosia Chinensis in the Treatment of Atherosclerosis

目的了解超声辅助萃取金樱子治疗动脉粥样硬化症的疗效优势。方法采用随机数字表法对我院30名动脉粥样硬化患者分为对照组(口服洛伐他汀胶囊)与试验组(超声辅助萃取金樱子治疗),比较两组患者治疗前后血脂水平的统计学差异,比较两种患者临床疗效的统计学差异。结果治疗后比较,试验组血脂各指标均低于对照组,试验组疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声辅助萃取结合梯度波长高效液相色谱法,提取的金樱子治疗动脉粥样硬化症疗效确切,甚至优于口服洛伐他汀胶囊的效果。

Objective To understand the advantages of ultrasound-assisted extraction of cherosia chinensis in the treatment of atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 30 patients with atherosclerosis in our hospital were divided into control group(oral lovastatin capsule)and experimental group(ultrasound-assisted extraction of cherosia chinensis)by random number table method,and the statistical differences of blood lipid levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the statistical differences of clinical efficacy of the two patients were compared.Results After treatment,all indexes of blood lipids in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the efficacy of patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic-assisted extraction combined with HPLC has proved to be effective in the treatment of atherosclerosis,even better than oral lovastatin capsules.
