摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉慢血流与血管内皮的相关性及应用麝香通心滴丸进行药物干预的作用。方法选取2016年12月至2017年12月于沈阳医学院附属中心医院循环内科因胸痛、胸闷就诊的患者共59例,分为试验组(28例,慢血流患者)及对照组(31例,血流正常的患者),检测两组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、尿酸、同型半胱氨酸、NO、ET-1指标水平。试验组术中测量应用药物前后校正的TIMI及应用麝香通心滴丸1个月后低密度脂蛋白、尿酸、同型半胱氨酸、NO、ET-1水平,并进行相关性分析。结果试验组同型半胱氨酸、低密度脂蛋白、尿酸、ET-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),而NOS低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者用药后CTFC(校正的TIMI)显著降低(P<0.05),用药前与用药后1个月的LDL-C、尿酸、ET-1水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)结论冠状动脉慢血流的患者内皮功能存在受损,麝香通心滴丸可以改善血流速度及改善内皮功能。
Objective To investigate the correlation between slow flow of coronary artery and vascular endothelium and the intervention effect of Shexiang tongxin dropping pells.Methods A total of 59 patients with chest pain and chest tightness in cardiology department of Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from December 2016 to December 2017 were chosen.They were divided into experimental group(n=28) of patients with slow blood flow and control group(n=31) of patients with normal blood flow.The levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),uric acid,homocysteine,NO and ET-1 of the two groups were detected.The corrected TIMI and the levels of HDL-C,uric acid,homocysteine,NO and ET-1 were detected,and the correlation between corrected TIMI and the above indexes was analyzed.Results The levels of HDL-C,uric acid,homocysteine and ET-1 in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the levels of NOS was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After medication,the CTFC(corrected TIMI frame count) in experimental group decreased(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the levels of HDL-C,uric acid,homocysteine and ET-1 before and after medication(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The endothelial function of patients with slow coronary artery flow is impaired,and Shexiang tongxin dropping pill can improve the blood flow velocity and endothelial function.
