临床药师培训教学中病例分析书写模式探讨

Writing mode of case analysis in clinical pharmacist training

目的探讨临床药师培训中病例分析的书写模式。方法收集我院临床药师培训基地学员2014年3月至2019年3月书写的病例分析154份,分析其中存在的问题,总结临床药师培训中学员病例分析书写的方法与思路。结果临床药师学员书写的病例分析中存在的问题主要有:对临床药师在所讨论的治疗事件中的作用缺乏总结(占55.2%);总结内容与分析讨论内容不能紧密结合(占40.9%);病史介绍内容与讨论问题要点不能紧密结合(占39.0%);讨论未能较好地体现循证药学基本原则(占36.4%);无关信息未加处理、内容过于冗长,不够简明扼要(占30.5%)以及讨论论据不充分(占30.5%)。结论临床药师培训中病例分析的书写应注意对临床药师在所讨论的治疗事件中的作用进行总结,总结内容与分析讨论内容要紧密结合,病史介绍内容与讨论问题要点要紧密结合,讨论论据要充分,要体现循证药学基本原则。

Objective To explore the writing mode of case analysis in clinical pharmacist training.Methods Totally 154 copies of case analysis written by the trainees from the clinical pharmacist training base of our hospital from March 2014 to March 2019 were collected to analyze the existing problems and summarize the methods and ideas of case analysis writing of the trainees in the clinical pharmacist training.Results The main problems in the case analysis written by the clinical pharmacists were as follows:the role of the clinical pharmacists in the treatment events discussed was not summarized(55.2%);the summary content and the analysis and discussion content could not be closely combined(40.9%);the introduction content of the medical history and the discussion points could not be closely combined(39.0%);the discussion failed to reflect the basic evidence-based pharmacy principle(36.4%);irrelevant information was not processed;the writing was too lengthy and not concise(30.5%);there were insufficient arguments(30.5%).Conclusion In the training of clinical pharmacists,the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment events discussed should be summarized.The content of summary should be closely combined with the content of discussion and analysis.The content of medical history introduction should be closely combined with the key points of discussion.The arguments should be fully discussed and the basic principles of evidence-based pharmacy should be embodied.
