摘要 并联直线电机安装方式较单边安装能提供更大的驱动力,且较两个串联方式能节省1倍的长度方向的安装尺寸。并联直线电机安装方式可使两边的动子和定子产生的法向磁吸力相互抵消,降低了动、定子安装支架因受力大而造成的变形,同时因法向力波动减小而使摩擦力波动减小,既而使机床推力波动减小,从而提高了机床的加工精度。 Parallel linear motor installation mode can provide more driving force than single side installation mode,and save twice the installation size of length direction compared with two series installation modes;parallel linear motor installation mode can make the normal magnetic attraction generated by the movers and stators on both sides cancel each other,reduce the deformation caused by the large force on the mounting bracket of the movers and stators,and reduce the normal force fluctuation.The fluctuation of friction force is reduced,even the fluctuation of machine thrust is reduced,so the machining accuracy of machine tool is improved.
