摘要
在更换CRH3型动车组均压阀的过程中,均压阀附近空间狭小,使用传统扳手更换工作效率低且无法对安装螺栓进行扭矩确认,存在一定的安全隐患。所以,设计了一种可以两次改变传动方向的动车组均压阀装卸专用工具。
In the process of replacing the average load valve of CRH3 EMU,due to the narrow space,the inefficiency of replacing the average load valve with traditional wrench,and the inability to confirm the torque of the installation bolt,there are some potential safety hazards.so a special tool for loading and unloading the average load valve of EMU is designed,which can change the transmission direction twice.
