某防滑刹车控制盒模拟输入信号设计

摘要 针对某防滑刹车控制盒检测必须有2路模拟传感器信号输入的需求,基于STM32F767微处理器的DAC模块设计了模拟传感器正弦信号,并基于定时器中断技术该正弦信号的发生算法开发了防滑刹车控制盒检测软件。结果表明,采用STM32F767内置DAC模块模拟输出传感器信号,可简化系统设计,提高可靠性,并可完全满足检测要求。 In view of the requirement that anti-skid brake control box must has two analog sensor input signal,this paper designs analog sensor sinusoidal signal on the base of DAC module of STM32F767 microprocessor,designs the occur algorithm of the sinusoidal signal on the base of timer interrupt technology,and develops the test software of Anti-skid brake control box.The result shows that by imitating sensor output signal on the base of DAC module of STM32F767,the system design is simplify,the reliability is enhanced,and the test demand is satisfy.
