According to the requirements of using performance of aluminium alloy pallets in practical,the structural characteristics and performance requirements of aluminium alloy pallets were analyzed.The manufacturing process,notices and testing elements of components and parts that were front-panels,crossgirders and columns were introduced in detail.The assemblies of aluminium alloy pallets as well as post-processing were analyzed.It could be concluded that with the joint efforts of the government,enterprises and researchers,aluminium alloy pallet industry will surely achieve sustainable development.
