Mechanical wear is a difficult problem in equipment maintenance.Wear will not only affect the normal operation of machinery,but also may cause accidents.To do a good job in the daily maintenance of machinery in modern equipment,we should not only select the appropriate anti-wear way based on the tribology principle,do a good job in the daily maintenance management of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment,but also reduce the losses caused by the wear of the mechanical equipment in the production of the enterprise,and improve the operation efficiency of the mechanical equipment.Therefore,this paper explores how to reduce the failure rate of construction machinery and equipment with the modern manufacturing of construction machinery and equipment,and build a perfect maintenance mechanism of machinery and equipment,and put forward corresponding maintenance and suggestions.
