摘要
随着我国工业化进程的加快,工业生产中各种先进的设备逐步被应用,其中汽轮机是机组运行中的重要设备。汽轮机运行的效率等直接影响整体机组的安全稳定运行,也会影响到工业企业正常的生产活动。调节阀门作为汽轮机中重要组件,对汽轮机的功率等有着重要的影响。基于此,分析汽轮机调节阀门优化提升功率的方法,有利于维持汽轮机的稳定与安全运行,有效维持了工业生产机组的高效运转。
In recent years,with the acceleration of China’s industrialization process,various advanced equipment in industrial production has been gradually applied.Steam turbine is an important equipment in the operation of the unit.The efficiency of steam turbine operation directly affects the safe and stable operation of the whole unit,and also affects the normal production activities of industrial enterprises.As an important component of steam turbine,regulating valve has an important influence on the power of steam turbine.Based on this,this paper analyzes the method of optimizing the turbine regulating valve to improve the power,which is conducive to maintaining the stability and safe operation of the turbine,and effectively maintaining the efficient operation of the industrial production unit.
