摘要
目的:分析小剂量二甲双胍联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压合并代谢综合征的效果。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治高血压合并代谢综合征患者64例,按治疗方法分为两组,各32例。观察组采用小剂量二甲双胍联合硝苯地平控释片治疗;对照组采用硝苯地平控释片治疗。比较两组血压、血脂及血糖等指标水平。结果:观察组治疗后舒张压、收缩压、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、空腹血糖(FPG)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)等指标水平均显著低于对照组,甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等指标水平均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量二甲双胍联合硝苯地平控释片能显著改善高血压合并代谢综合征患者血压、血脂、血糖水平。
Objective:To analyze the effect of low dose metformin combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,64 patients with hypertension complicated with metabolic syndrome were enrolled,and they were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,32 cases in each.The observation group was treated with low dose metformin combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets,while the control group was treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets.The levels of blood pressure,blood fat and blood glucose were compared between the two groups.Results:After treament,the index levels of diastolic pressure,systolic pressure,2 hour postmeal glucose(2 hPG),fasting blood glucose(FPG)and insulin resistance(HOMA-IR))in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group;the index levels of triacylglycerol(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were significantly better than in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The low dose metformin combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets can significantly improve blood pressure,blood fat and blood glucose levels in patients with hypertension complicated with metabolic syndrome.
