玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效研究

Study on the efficacy of intravitreal injection of conbercept in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy

目的:探讨玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法:2017年3月-2019年3月收治糖尿病视网膜病变患者36例,随机分为两组,各18例。研究组接受玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗;对照组实施传统的治疗干预方式。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后视力、最佳矫正视力、黄斑水肿减少率及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗糖尿病视网膜病变,能有效改善患者生活质量,提升视力。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of intravitreal injection of conbercept in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods:36 patients with diabetic retinopathy were seleced from March 2017 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 18 cases in each group.The study group received intravitreal injection of conbercept,while the control group received traditional intervention.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The visual acuity,best corrected visual acuity,macular edema reduction rate and quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravitreal injection of conbercept can effectively improve the quality of life and visual acuity of patients with diabetic retinopathy.
