体外冲击波与内镜手术治疗泌尿系结石的效果

Analysis of the effects of extracorporeal shock wave and endoscopic surgery on urinary calculi

目的:分析体外冲击波与内镜手术治疗泌尿系结石的效果。方法:2017年7月-2018年7月收治泌尿系结石患者68例,随机分为两组。对照组实施体外冲击波治疗;观察组实施内镜手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组住院天数、下床活动时间及VAS评分均优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,结石清除率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内镜手术治疗泌尿系结石整体优势明显,能在短期内清除结石,减少患者疼痛时间,缩短治疗周期。

Objective:To analyze the effect of extracorporeal shock wave and endoscopic surgery in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods:68 patients with urinary calculi were selected from July 2017 to July 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave,while the observation group was treated with endoscopy.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The days of hospitalization,the time of getting out of bed and VAS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group;the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group;the stone clearance rate was higher than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall advantages of endoscopic surgery for urinary calculi are obvious,which can clear the calculi in a short time,reduce the pain time of patients,and shorten the treatment cycle.
