膝关节镜联合复位内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of knee arthroscopy combined with reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of fracture of tibia plateau

目的:探讨膝关节镜联合复位内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:2016年2月-2018年10月收治胫骨平台骨折患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。传统组选择传统切开复位内固定手术方式;膝关节镜联合组选择膝关节镜联合复位内固定手术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:膝关节镜联合组失血量、切口平均长度、平均愈合时间、手术开展时间均优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);膝关节镜联合组治疗后膝关节功能Rasmussen评分、生活质量评分均优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);膝关节镜联合组并发症发生率低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胫骨平台骨折患者实施膝关节镜联合复位内固定手术可获得较好效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of knee arthroscopy combined with reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of tibia plateau fracture.Methods:From February 2016 to October 2018,84 patients with tibia plateau fracture were enrolled.They were randomly divided into two groups of 42 cases each.In the traditional group,the traditional open reduction and internal fixation was selected,while the knee arthroscopy combined with reduction and internal fixation was selected in the knee arthroscopy combined group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups was compared.Results:The blood loss,the average length of incision,the average healing time and the operation time in the knee arthroscopy combined group were better than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the function of the knee joint functional rasmussen scores and the quality of life scores in the knee arthroscopy combined group were better than in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the knee arthroscopy combined group was lower than in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The knee arthroscopy combined with reduction and internal fixation can achieve good results in patients with fracture of tibia plateau.
