中医“治未病”理论在社区健康管理中的应用研究

Research on the application of traditional Chinese medicine "preventive treatment of disease" theory in community health management

目的:分析中医“治未病”理论在社区健康管理中的应用价值及效果。方法:选取本社区下辖20~70岁常住居民90例,均采取中医“治未病”理论社区健康管理。对比干预前后生活质量评分。结果:90例常住居民干预后生活质量评分显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区常住居民健康管理中采用中医“治未病”理论,可真正意义上达到已病防变,未病先治,发挥中医保健、养生预防效果,改变居民生活方式,提升生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the application value and effect of traditional Chinese medicine"preventive treatment of disease"theory in community health management.Methods:90 permanent residents aged 20 to 70 years old under the jurisdiction of our community were selected.All of them adopted the theory of"preventive treatment of disease"in traditional Chinese medicine and community health management.The quality of life scores before and after intervention was compared.Results:The quality of life scores of 90 permanent residents after intervention were significantly higher than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The theory of"preventive treatment of disease"in traditional Chinese medicine can be used in the health management of resident residents in the community,which can really achieve already sick to prevent deterioration,cure without sick,and it plays a role to the effect of traditional Chinese medicine health care and health care prevention and change the lifestyle of residents and improve the quality of life.
