自拟颈心逐瘀汤治疗颈心综合征60例临床观察

Clinical observation of self made Jingxin Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of 60 cases with cervical heart syndrome

目的:分析自拟颈心逐瘀汤治疗颈心综合征的疗效。方法:2017年12月-2019年1月收治颈心综合征患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组实施基础治疗;观察组实施自拟颈心逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,症状积分和VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟颈心逐瘀汤治疗颈心综合征临床效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状和疼痛。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self made Jingxin Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of cervical heart syndrome.Methods:From December 2017 to January 2019,60 patients with cervical heart syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases in each.The control group was treated with basic treatment,while the observation group was treated with self made Jingxin Zhuyu decoction.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate of clinical treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the symptom score and VAS score were lower than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of self made Jingxin Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of cervical heart syndrome is significant,and it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and pain of patients.
