尿液干化学分析仪和显微镜手工法检验尿常规的探究

Investigation of urine dry chemistry analyzer and manual microscopy in urine routine test

目的:比较尿液干化学分析仪和显微镜手工法检验尿常规的效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收集住院患者尿液标本68例,分别采用尿液干化学分析仪和显微镜手工法检验方法对尿常规进行检验,比较两种方法检出率。结果:两种检测方法白细胞、红细胞、尿蛋白检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尿液干化学分析仪和显微镜手工法检验尿常规均较为准确,可根据实际情况灵活选择。

Objective:To compare the effects of urine dry chemistry analyzer and manual microscopy in urine routine test.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,68 cases of urine specimen of the hospitalized patients were collected.Urine dry chemistry analyzer and manual microscopy were used to test urine routine.The detection rate of the two methods was compared.Results:The detection rate of white blood cell,red blood cell and urine protein were compared in two methods,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The urine dry chemical analyzer and the manual microscopy are more accurate.They can be flexibly selected according to the actual conditions.
