血常规红细胞参数检验在地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血鉴别诊断中的价值研究

Study on the value of blood routine red blood cell parameter test in the differential diagnosis of thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia

目的:探究在地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血患者鉴别中应用血常规红细胞参数检验的应用价值。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治贫血患者100例,所有患者均行血常规检查,依据贫血类型差异分为试验组(地中海贫血50例)和对照组(缺铁性贫血50例),对比两组血常规红细胞参数各项指标水平。结果:试验组红细胞分布宽度、红细胞计数、红细胞平均体积值均低于对照组,平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血鉴别中应用血常规红细胞,能够对疾病进行清晰鉴别,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the value of blood routine red blood cell parameter test in the differential diagnosis of thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia.Methods:From May 2018 to may 2019,100 patients with anemia were selected,and all patients underwent blood routine examination.According to the difference of anemia types,they were divided into the experimental group(50 cases of thalassemia)and the control group(50 cases of iron deficiency anemia).We compared the index levels of blood routine red blood cell parameter.Results:In the experimental group,the red blood cell distribution width,the red blood cell count,the average volume of red blood cells were lower than the control group,and the average hemoglobin concentration of red blood cells was higher than the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the differential diagnosis of thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia,the application of blood routine red blood cells can distinguish the disease clearly,and the clinical application value is high.
