消化内镜技术用于消化道早癌诊断治疗的临床价值分析

Clinical value analysis of digestive endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of early gastrointestinal cancer

目的:探讨消化内镜技术用于消化道早癌诊断治疗的临床效果和应用价值。方法:2015年6月-2017年12月收治消化道早癌患者190例,随机分为两组,各95例。对照组进行常规外科剖腹手术;观察组进行消化内镜黏膜切除手术。两组患者均实施内镜窄带成像检查和常规内镜检查。比较两组影像检查质量、手术时间、住院时间、医疗费用和并发症情况。结果:观察组毛细血管襻影像、胃小凹分型影像及形态影像等方面评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、住院时间、医疗费用及并发症发生情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用消化内镜技术诊断和治疗消化道早癌患者,能够减轻患者痛苦,更为准确的诊断病情,减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and application value of digestive endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of early gastrointestinal cancer.Methods:From June 2015 to December 2017,190 patients with early gastrointestinal cancer were enolled,and they were randomly divided into two groups of 95 cases each.The control group underwent routine surgical laparotomy and the observation group underwent endoscopic resection of digestive mucosa.Both groups of patients underwent endoscopic narrow band imaging and routine endoscopy examination.The quality of image examination,operation time,hospitalization time,medical expenses and complications were compared between groups.Results:The scores of capillary loop image,gastric fovea classification image and morphological image etc in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,hospitalization time,medical expenses and complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of digestive endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of early gastrointestinal cancer can alleviate the pain of the patients,and it can diagnose the condition more accurately and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
