摘要
目的:研究放射技术诊断冠心病的效果。方法:2017年3月-2019年3月收治冠心病患者145例,均开展X线平片检查、放射性核素检查、CT检查、磁共振检查以及冠状动脉造影检查,比较5种检查方式的检出率。结果:依照冠状动脉造影检查作为金标准,检出率由高到低依次为放射性核素检查(97.24%)、磁共振检查(93.79%)、CT检查(91.72%)、X线平片检查(85.51%)。4种方式检出率与冠状动脉造影检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对冠心病的诊断,运用放射技术开展临床检查均有较高的检出率。
Objective:To research the effect of radiological technology in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019,145 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled.All of them were examined by plain film radiography,radionuclide examination,CT detection,magnetic resonance imaging examination and coronary angiography.The detection rate of five kinds of inspection methods was compared.Results:As a gold standard in accordance with coronary angiography,the detection rate from high to low was radionuclide(97.24%),magnetic resonance imaging(93.79%),CT(91.72%)and X-ray plain film(85.51%).The detection rate of four methods and the detection rate of coronary angiography were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,clinical detection by using different radiological techniques all have a high detection rate.
