摘要
目的:探究RetCam 3数字化广域眼底成像系统在新生儿儿眼病筛查中的应用效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年4月收治眼底筛查新生儿6500例,随机分为两组。对照组采用间接眼底镜筛查;观察组采用RetCam 3数字化广域眼底成像系统筛查。对比两组筛查效果。结果:观察组新生儿眼病总检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种眼底检查设备临床检出率均较高,筛查效果显著,其中RetCam 3的筛查结果更为突出。
Objective:To explore the application effect of RetCam 3 digital wide area fundus imaging system in neonatal ophthalmopathy screening.Methods:From May 2018 to April 2019,6500 newborns with fundus screening were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was screened by indirect ophthalmoscope,while the observation group was screened by RetCam 3 digital wide area fundus imaging system.We compared the screening results between groups.Results:In the observation group,the total detection rate of neonatal ophthalmopathy was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical detection rate of the two fundus examination equipment is high,the screening effect is significant,and the screening result of RetCam 3 is more prominent.
