吞咽康复训练对老年脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者生活质量的改善效果

The effect of swallowing rehabilitation training on the quality of life of elderly stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction

目的:探讨吞咽康复训练对老年脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者生活质量的改善效果。方法:2017年2月-2019年3月收治老年脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。对照组实施常规疗法;研究组在常规疗法基础上实施吞咽康复训练。对比两组干预效果。结果:研究组干预后生活质量评分、治疗总有效率均明显高于对照组,而SSA评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吞咽康复训练对老年脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者生活质量具有显著的改善效果,可有效提高患者生活质量,明显改善吞咽功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of swallowing rehabilitation training on the quality of life of elderly stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction.Methods:From February 2017 to March 2019,74 elderly stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the study group was treated with swallowing rehabilitation training on the basis of conventional therapy.We compared the intervention effect of two groups.Results:After intervention,the quality of life score and the total effective rate of treatment in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the SSA score was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of swallowing rehabilitation training on the quality of life of elderly stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction is significant.It can effectively improve the quality of life and swallowing function.
