改良式充气便盆在老年髋部骨折患者围术期护理中的应用价值探讨

The application value of modified inflatable bedpan in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with hip fracture

目的:探讨改良式充气便盆在老年髋部骨折患者围术期护理中的应用价值。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治老年髋部骨折患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。在围手术期护理中,常规组应用常规护理干预,试验组在常规护理基础上应用改良式充气便盆。比较两组护理后排便情况和不良反应发生率。结果:试验组护理后不良反应发生率显著低于常规组,首次排便时间明显短于常规组,1周排便次数明显高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年髋部骨折患者围术期护理中应用改良式充气便盆可以显著改善护理效果。

Objective:To explore the application value of modified inflatable bedpan in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,68 elderly patients with hip fracture were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 34 cases in each.In the perioperative nursing,the routine group was given routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given modified inflatable bedpan on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the defecation and the incidence of adverse reactions between groups.Results:In the experimental group,the incidence of adverse reactions after nursing was significantly lower than that in the routine group;the first defecation time was significantly shorter than that in the routine group;the number of defecations in one week was significantly higher than that in the routine group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative nursing of the elderly patients with hip fracture,the application of the improved inflatable bedpan can significantly improve the nursing effect.
