个性化护理对放化疗肺癌患者生活质量的影响效果分析

Effect of individualized nursing on the quality of life of patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy

目的:探讨放化疗肺癌患者应用个性化护理对生活质量的影响和临床效果。方法:2015年8月-2017年8月选取放化疗治疗的肺癌患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。干预组采用个性化护理;对照组采用常规护理。对比两组患者生活质量与护理满意程度。结果:干预组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组,护理满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理能明显改善肺癌患者护理满意率及生活质量,临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing on the quality of life and clinical effect of patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods:From August 2015 to August 2017,68 lung cancer patients treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups of 34 cases in each.The intervention group was given personalized nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.We compared the quality of life and nursing satisfaction between groups.Results:After nursing,the quality of life score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group;the degree of nursing satisfaction was better than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction rate and quality of life of lung cancer patients,and the clinical effect is significant.
